Any misdeclaration (including incorrect or partial declarations, late declarations, alterations, or omissions) may result in our vessel/s / container being detained, for which the shipper / booking party will be held fully liable for all associated costs and consequences resulting from misdeclaration.

This includes but not limited to, fines, liabilities, losses, delays, damages, expenses and claims.

We earnestly request our esteemed customers to strictly adhere to the accurate declaration, and to remove if any Pakistan origin cargoes that has already been nominated on our vessels.  Your cooperation is essential and vital in maintaining our services.
