Cancellation Charges
To ensure better space utilization and equipment planning, we will be revising our booking cancellation charges or roll over charges or shortfall charges for all export shipments effective 30 July 2024.
Indonesia / Vietnam (except Haiphong) / Malaysia / Thailand – USD 75 per teu (cancellation/roll/shortfall on 5th working days prior to vessel ETA SIN)
China / Philippines / Myanmar – USD 100 per teu (cancellation/roll/shortfall on 5th working days prior to vessel ETA SIN)
India / Bangladesh / Pakistan / Middle East / Haiphong – USD 175 per teu (cancellation/roll/shortfall on 6th working days prior to vessel ETA SIN)
We will deem as full freight if cancellation/roll/shortfall on 3rd working days or lesser prior vessel ETA SIN.
