Check Vessel ETB/BTR Before Launching

• Please check the vessel’s ETB/BTR before  launching containers into the terminal.
• For your guidance, containers should only be launched into the terminal within 48 hours prior to the vessel’s berthing.
• Please note that any terminal storage charges incurred due to vessel delays, changes to the vessel’s berthing schedule, or port congestion will be charged to your account.

Submit Import/Export Permit Within 7 Days of Vessel’s Arrival or Departure

• Please note that it is mandatory to submit the relevant import or export permit within 7 days of the vessel’s arrival or departure.
• This requirement is in accordance with Regulations 11 and 12 of the Regulation of Imports and Exports Regulations (RIER) under Singapore Customs.
• Any late or non-submission may result in customs fines, composition amounts, or other penalties imposed by the authorities. Such charges will be forwarded to you and will be for your account.
