Updated Cancellation Charges Policy – Effective 17 July 2025
To Ensure better space utilization and equipment planning, we will be revising our booking cancellation charges or roll over charges or shortfall charges for all export shipments effective 17 July 2025.
Indonesia / Vietnam / Malaysia / Thailand / China / Philippines / Myanmar –
SGD 80 per teu (cancellation/roll/shortfall on 5th working days prior to vessel ETA SIN)
India / Bangladesh / Pakistan / Middle East – SGD 100 per teu (cancellation/roll/shortfall on 5th working days prior to vessel ETA SIN)
A higher cancellation / roll / shortfall fee may apply if notice is given within two working days or less. The final amount is subject to the vessel operator.
